As the Business Office Director, part of my role is to promote employee appreciation. This past year, my favorite CFU was our “Summer Fun BBQ Town Hall.” Employees enjoyed the BBQ along with our residents. We also invited the kids from the daycare in our parking lot to enjoy the last day of summer before returning to school!
This is just one example of the many wonderful team members we have. We genuinely believe when done right, employee recognition creates a workplace culture that helps people thrive, promotes retention, and makes us a great place to work which in turn makes us a great place to live.
